Maya render view8/30/2023 ![]() When I was previously working on the project, I was able to preview a single frame, that did render correctly. ![]() A long list of artist-friendly features has been added to help with the shading, lighting, and look-dev process, improving interactivity. I have tried adding more lights to the scene, and making the solid both visible and transparent, and rendering from different points of view, and unfortunately can’t find a solution online that I can understand. The Arnold RenderView window is an interactive rendering (IPR) utility designed to give real-time feedback on any changes made to the scene while solving several limitations of the DCC's native render view. ![]() The result is a black screen in the ‘render this frame’ view, and any batch rendering that I attempt to do export blank, transparent files. I’ve started learning Maya and have followed a few introduction tutorials, and am now progressing onto a bit of composting.
